Any time. Many customers buy one before their factory warranty ends for seamless, overlapping coverage. Others add one once their factory warranty has expired. Eligibility is based on your RV's age and mileage at the time of purchase.

The Premier package covers nearly every mechanical and electrical component on your RV, with only a few exclusions. For motorized RVs, that includes engine, transmission, drive axle, frame, plus onboard systems like the generator, AC, refrigerator, water heater, slide outs, and leveling system. For towable trailers, coverage extends to trailer-specific components like leveling, suspension, slide outs, water systems, and AC. Every plan also includes 24/7 roadside assistance, plus travel expenses and rental reimbursement (motorized RVs only) if you break down on the road.

Most RVs qualify. Coverage is available for RVs up to 15 years old and 120,000 miles at the time of purchase. Once your contract is in place, there's no mileage limit for the duration of coverage. Enter your VIN and we'll confirm eligibility instantly.

48 months. After that, your contract ends and you can purchase a new one if your RV is still eligible.

Two options: pay in full upfront with no extra fees, or choose monthly payments. Monthly plans include a small installment fee.

Take it to any licensed repair shop. The shop calls the Veritas claims line, Veritas authorizes covered repairs, and pays the shop directly (minus your $200 deductible). For motorized RVs, if you break down more than 100 miles from home, travel expenses ($75/day up to $225 over 3 days) and rental reimbursement ($50/day up to $250 over 5 days) kick in automatically.

Yes. Claims can be filed after a 30-day waiting period from your contract's effective date.

Yes to both. You can cancel anytime for a refund of the unused portion. You can also transfer the contract to the next owner when you sell your RV, which adds resale value.
